Work in Show Business! The Alhambra Theatre is recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual for the role of Sales and Box Office Assistant at our Kingsgate box office situated in the Kingsgate shopping Centre in Dunfermline. Variable hours of work.

Applicants must be able to work confidently on their own but also be able to work as part of a team. The role involves providing a high level of customer service to Theatre customers and pro-actively selling theatre tickets and maximising ticket sales. Good communication is essential for this role as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

The role will also involve establishing and maintaining group sales contacts through outbound sales calls, to maximise group ticket sales. Sales experience would also be preferred however not essential.
